Work stress is one of the topics at the forefront of the rising awareness about mental health in the workplace. Its effects on employee productivity, performance and overall health are obvious, and it’s up to employers to take action to protect their workplace culture through understanding employee health and wellness.
Educating employees about stress and its effect as well as recognizing the signs and symptoms is the first step towards stress prevention in the workplace.
After prevention comes stress management. Educating employees about how to manage stress at work can reduce sick days, stress leave, employee turnover and decrease the likelihood of mental health issues arising from prolonged stress.
Save your organization value time, money, employee turnover and workplace culture with a corporate stress management training course, program or workshop.
